  • How to contact customer service?
    For any questions, comments or additional information, you can contact us at support@sweetmagnoliaco.com. Our support hours are 11am-5pm ET Monday and 10am-5pm ET Tuesday through Friday. We respond to all tickets in the order in which they were received within 24-48 hours during the business week.
  • How to place an order?
    To place an order please follow the following steps: 1. Choose the item you loved and add them to your cart. If you would like to continue shopping, click on "continue shopping" and repeat the first stage. 2. If you are ready to confirm your order, click on the “View Cart” button. You will then see a summary of your order, at which point you can amend it, or confirm it by clicking on "Checkout". You will then be asked to log in and enter delivery and invoicing addresses for your items. 3. Please fill in your personal details, delivery and invoicing addresses, and check them carefully. 4. Select a delivery method from the available options. 5. Choose a payment method. 6. You will receive an email confirmation of your order. If you didn't receive this email, please check your spam folder. Sweet Magnolia Co. reserves the right not to confirm an order for a particular reason (for example, a problem regarding the order placed).   • Can I order a personalized item?
    Yes! In colaboration with our sister brand Coconut Studios, we offer personalized design and illustration work on a limited basis. Please email us at support@sweetmagnoliaco.com for more information regarding the design process and/or to discuss pricing. Do not forget to include details about your project and the best time to contact you. Someone from our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
  • Which methods of payment are accepted?
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Sweet Magnolia Co. gift cards. Your card will be charged at the time your order is placed. If you are using a Sweet Magnolia Co. issued gift card, the funds will be removed from your balance at the time your order is placed. All pricing is listed in USD.
  • Can I order by phone?
    We do not accept orders by telephone. Your order must be placed on our website www.atsweetmagnolia.com
  • Do you charge sales tax?
    We are required to collect sales tax for orders shipping within and outside the United States.
  • My order is a gift, do you make gift wrappers?"
    We love our customers stories, and because each of those are unique, we offer you the possibility to request a free gift packaging. To do this, select the box "I wish to have gift wrap" If you want your products to be packaged, please specify it in the message. If you would like to include a personalised message with your gift, you can also insert the text into the message box when placing your order.
  • My order is a gift, could you remove the prices of items?"
    In our packages, we only enclose the delivery note where you will find the list of products ordered without price. However, you can download or print your invoice from the confirmation email you receive when your order is placed.
  • Do you ship to my country?
    We offer FedEx international shipping worldwide for most products - simply enter your destination country during check out. Please be aware that international shipping might take between 8 to 20 business days. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Sweet Magnolia Co. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Please note that even with these shipping methods, transit times may vary due to customs delays. At this time, we are only able to ship candles, clothing and pillow covers, internationally. All products to the United States, U.S. Territories, and Canada.
  • What are the different delivery methods, timing and cost?"
    We offer free standard ground shipping (5 to 10 business days) for orders over $35 dollars to any location in the United States, U.S. Territories. Shipping costs are based on the delivery address, the service selected, and the weight of the order. Shipping costs are shown in your basket once you have entered the delivery address in your account. Until a delivery address is entered, shipping costs are estimated for deliveries in United States. We offer international shipping (8 to 20 business days). Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Sweet Magnolia Co. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
  • How to track my order?
    For domestic purchases you can track your order on the USPS website via the tracking number you can find in your account ("Order history" and then "Tracking number") and in the e-mail confirming your order. Please note that weather conditions or public holidays can sometimes delay your delivery by a few days.
  • My package is listed as "delivered" but I have not received anything, what should I do?"
    If the tracking indicates that the package has been delivered but you have not received it: 1. Check the delivery address on the "History and details of my orders" page. 2. Do some research near the place of delivery. Check if your package (or transit notice) has been left in your inbox, or near your neighbors or in a safe place such as a porch, a garden or a garage. 3. Check if someone has been able to pick up the package on your behalf. Also remember that weather conditions or holidays can sometimes delay delivery for a few days. If the search is not successful, contact customer support via the contact form.
  • How do I use a promo code?
    During the checkout process you will find a promo code field. Simply type or paste your code in the box and click on "Apply". Only one promo code may be applied per order. Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers. Promo codes do not apply to gift cards or on sale items.
  • Where can I buy a Sweet Magnolia Co. gift cards?
    Digital gift cards can be purchase on the website www.atsweetmagnolia.com and you can check your gift card balance on your account.
  • Where can I use my gift card?
    At this time, only digital gift cards are available for purchase and may be redeemed online at www.atsweetmagnolia.com. If you have any questions, please reach out to support@sweetmagnoliaco.com and our team will be happy to help you. To redeem online, enter the gift card code in the box labeled “Gift Card,” which can be located by expanding the “Add Gift Card” box under your Order Summary on the right side, then click “Apply.” Only one gift card may be applied per order.
  • How to return an article that I do not like?
    Sweet Magnolia Co. offers full refund less the original shipping cost for orders made on our website within 14 days of the purchase except for plants and sale items or purchases made with a promo code. All items discounted, purchased on sale or using a promotional code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note that the product must be returned unused, unopened and in original packaging including all tags. You are responsible for paying the cost of returning any items. Items must be accompanied by proof of purchase (internet invoice). They must be un-used, undamaged and in their original packaging.
