SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free standard ground shipping (5 to 10 business days) for orders over $35 dollars to any location in the US.

International Shipping
​
We offer international shipping (8 to 20 business days). Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Sweet Magnolia Co. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Sweet Magnolia Co. offers full refund less the original shipping cost for orders made on our website within 14 days of the purchase except for plants and sale items or purchases made with a promo code. All items discounted, purchased on sale or using a promotional code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note that the product must be returned unused, unopened and in original packaging including all tags. Be aware that customers are responsible for any return shipping costs with no exception.

Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. Personalized orders are non-refundable once your order is placed. We accept returns for all styles in our pillows and clothing collection (coming soon) within 14 days as long as the item(s) is/are in unused, pristine condition with original tags attached.

Important:

Clothes and any fabric item must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any garment that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when trying on items, as we cannot accept them if they have incurred any makeup stains or that smell of perfume. The item(s) must be returned to our warehouse before the store credit can be issued. Store credits will be issued within 5 to 7 business days upon receiving the items. We do not offer exchanges at this time, but we will always try to be as accommodating as we can.
